Our returns policy

Pylos59 guarantees a full refund on the returned item. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Please also include the cotton shopper, poly bag and all labels so that these can also be processed by us in a sustainable manner.

When returning an item, you are responsible for it until we receive it. We would therefore ask you to pack the item carefully to prevent damage during transport. We also advise you to ask for a proof of posting at the parcel point to track your return. All returned items will be individually checked at our distribution center.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.

Return period

At Pylos59, we are committed to providing detailed product information on our website. But should an ordered item nevertheless not meet your expectations, you can easily exchange or return it. To initiate a return, report the return, stating the order number, via email to info@pylos59.eu within 14 days of receipt. we will process your request as soon as possible and send you the information on how to return your purchase. You then have another 14 days to return the item to us.

How do I return my order?

Fill in all the fields of the return form. Select a reason for the return. While it is not mandatory to provide a reason on the form, we value your feedback to help us improve.

Why do I have to pay to return my order?

Returns are unfortunately still a big problem in the fashion industry, due to the millions of returned garments and also bags that are thrown away or destroyed every year. 

The returns process involves several behind-the-scenes steps for customers. These steps include processing the return, evaluating the item, repackaging if needed, and returning the item to online stock for resale to a new customer.

At Pylos59, we want to avoid throwing away and destroying bags unnecessarily. We process every return with care, so that each item gets another chance to find a new suitable owner. It is therefore our goal to make 100% of returned items saleable again.

In this way, we would also like to create awareness among our customers about the delivery routes a parcel takes and thus minimise the number of returns.

I have returned my order. When will I receive my refund?

We strive to refund the purchase price of your returned item within 10 days to the account used for payment.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your return has been approved and processed. 

Can I exchange my item(s)?

To exchange an item for a different color or model, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Return the item.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.
  3. Refer to the instructions under "how do I return my order" for detailed guidance.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return costs.

My order cannot be delivered. When will the money be refunded to my account?

 If an item you ordered is no longer available after purchase, we will inform you by email. Upon receipt of this email, the refunded amount will be returned to your account within 1-3 working days.
